Training and Staff Development

Training and Staff programs are provided to enhance services, management as a philosophy, and a procedure that would help in decision-making and problem-solving within the broader context of service industries.

Managing a hospitality establishment requires the synthesis of several activities that are all focused on achieving one common goal i.e. Total Customer Satisfaction.

Our focus has always been on creating & developing staff that would be specialized in specific areas but simultaneously also have the capabilities.

We also ensure that all our staff has undergone ‘On Job Training’ which is constantly reinforced by the Advanced Refresher Program across all sites.

Every Supervisor at our site is informed well in advance about new developments and is also trained about new and modern equipment uses and techniques. They all are entrusted with adequate support and supervision to train old recruits. Induction Training familiarizes them with the company and its objectives. Regular informal meetings are also organized by us for our staff to improve their communication skills. We also conduct a recognition program for our staff at regular intervals to motivate them at every given point of time.
